In the event of any genetic disorder within the puppy’s first 12 months of life which is sufficiently serious in the opinion of at least two qualified, licensed veterinarians. One of whom will be selected by the breeder, to deem the puppy unsuitable as a companion pet or to warrant euthanasia of the puppy, the breeder agrees to: • Replace the puppy with one of equivalent purchase price within 18 months or at breeder option. • Refund the original purchase price, minus the shipping and vet cost. In either of these cases the puppy must be relinquished to the breeder. Return shipping, veterinary, and testing expenses associated with the replacement of the puppy are the responsibility of the purchaser. Purchaser must, in any of these cases, willingly and openly provide documentation of the tests performed, supporting veterinary reports, and veterinarian contact information to the breeder. Purchaser understands that allowing the puppy to become overweight, over vaccinated, and failure to provide the puppy with adequate diet, exercise, proper veterinary care, and protection from the hazards to health and development of the puppy will deem the health guarantee portion of this contract void. Purchasers agree to maintain puppy in a humane environment with shelter, a healthy diet, fresh water, exercise, human interaction, properly train and care for the puppy, and provide proper and necessary veterinary care. Breeder encourages purchaser to provide appropriate opportunities for socialization with children, other dogs, and strangers. If at any point in the puppy’s life the purchaser is no longer able to care for the puppy, the puppy must be returned to the breeder or properly rehomed. Breeder is not required to compensate purchaser for the puppy’s expenses or purchase price when the puppy is returned.

Disclaimer: Purchaser is required to have the above puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of purchaser’s choice within 72 hours of transfer of the puppy at the purchaser’s expense and provide the breeder with a copy of the veterinarian health report or the health guarantee portion of this contract will be void.
